Farmer Veteran Coalition
As a veteran owned farm, we believe that agriculture is about more than raising livestock and producing quality food, it's about serving our community, building meaningful relationships, and creating opportunities for others. That's why we're excited to share that we've recently applied to become part of the Farmer Veteran Coalition (FVC).
The Farmer Veteran Coalition is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting veterans as they transition into careers in agriculture. Their mission is to cultivate a new generation of farmers and food leaders by providing veterans with education, resources, mentorship, and opportunities to build successful agricultural businesses.
The values of the Farmer Veteran Coalition closely align with our own. Their work is built on principles of service, resilience, stewardship, and community. Qualities that veterans have demonstrated throughout their military careers and continue to bring to the agricultural industry. Farming requires determination, adaptability, and a commitment to caring for the land and the people it feeds, making it a natural fit for many who have served.
One of the things we admire most about the Farmer Veteran Coalition is its commitment to ensuring that veteran owned farms like ourselves don't have to navigate the challenges of agriculture alone. Through networking opportunities, educational programs, grants, and mentorship, the organization helps veteran farmers build sustainable operations while fostering a strong sense of community among its members.
We chose to apply because we believe that agriculture thrives when farmers support one another, share knowledge, and work together to strengthen local food systems. Becoming part of the Farmer Veteran Coalition allows us to connect with like-minded individuals, continue learning, and contribute to a network dedicated to helping veterans succeed in farming.
We're proud to be part of an organization that invest in the future of American agriculture while honoring those who have served our country. Whether it's raising high quality livestock, providing wholesome food for families, or building lasting relationships within our community, we're committed to making a positive impact every day.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support our farm and our mission. Your encouragement allows us to grow, serve our community, and pursue partnerships that reflect the values we believe in.
Together, we're cultivating more than food. We're cultivating purpose, service, and a stronger future for agriculture.
