Borrie Wilson Farm is now Certified Naturally Grown!

We’re excited to share some big news from the farm! On August 17, 2026, Borrie Wilson Farm officially became Certified Naturally Grown (CNG) for our livestock operation.

Certified Naturally Grown is a grassroots certification program for farmers who use sustainable, ecological growing and livestock practices. CNG farms are inspected and held accountable by other farmers and the CNG community, providing transparency and confidence for customers who want to know how their food is raised.

We’re especially proud to share that at the time of writing this, Borrie Wilson Farm is currently the only Certified Naturally Grown livestock producer in Pennsylvania.

For us, this certification is about more than a certificate hanging on the wall. It reflects the way we believe livestock should be raised…with careful attention to animal welfare, environmental stewardship, sustainability, and responsible farming practices.

Our certification is another step toward our goal of producing high-quality food while caring for the land and animals entrusted to us.

We’re incredibly proud of this milestone and grateful to everyone who continues to support our small family farm. We can’t wait to continue growing, learning, and raising food the right way here at Borrie Wilson Farm!
